SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
All orders will ship within 24 - 48 hours from the time ordered. Orders made after 5 PM Central Time will count as the following business day. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $35 within the US. For all other orders, a flat rate fee of $5.99 will be added for shipping. For residents in Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping fees may apply for your location. Please contact us prior to ordering so we can get you a custom shipping rate.
We welcome International orders! Shipping fee varies based on location. Please contact us prior to ordering to get a custom shipping quote. Additional processing time may be necessary for International orders. All International orders are considered final sale.
Creating an easy and hassle free return policy is important to Bombshell Fashion Boutique. If you do not absolutely love the items you purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive your package to send items back for a return or exchange.
Many boutiques only offer in-store credit for returns. At Bombshell Fashion Boutique, we offer a full refund for returned items that you do not wish to exchange. Although we do hope you shop with us again, we don’t want to force a store credit. A refund will be issued in the same tender the purchase was made. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. Allow processing time for credit to appear.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All tags must be in tact. If any of the garment tags have been removed, the item is not eligible for returns and will not be processed. Items smelling of smoke, pet or containing pet hair will not be eligible for returns.
We are committed to quality and continue to research and evaluate the best brands to offer our customers. If you have quality issues with any of your items ordered, please contact us. Some fabrics do need more care than others so please ensure you are following all care instructions on the labels.
To complete your return, please fill out the form enclosed with your order and mail back with returned items. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Bombshell Fashion Boutique. Customer is also responsible for the package until it is delivered. Therefore, we recommend insuring your package.
Sale items discounted 60% or more may be returned but must be mailed back within 10 days of delivery in order to be returned and refunded. Some items may be final sale items and will be noted in product description.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
If you need to exchange an item, fill out the form enclosed with your order and mail back with items you wish to exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, note the size on the form and send back. If the item is in stock, we will send out your new item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will notify you by email and refund the item back to the original payment tender. A shipping fee will apply to the new item needed if it is under $35 and does not meet our free shipping qualification.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for processing. You may inquire at any time during this process to check the status of a return.
If you have not received a refund, first check pending items on your account used to make the payment. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
